Hi been a landlord for over 28 year I had James who came to do a full bathroom refit his workmanship is short cut and easy in and out of jobs His work is the type of work that you start having problems with after 6 months or year later by then it to late because you have paid and can't leave feedback. I had to throw James off the job after day 2 when I look at standard of work. I had few jobs jobs done over years I know how work should be done and short cuts are taken.

  Hi Razwan, You tried to knock me down in price half way through the work. Your neighbour warned us about payment which we took no notice of and continued anyway. We ripped your full bathroom out, 1st fixed the pipework, installed both toilet & bath. You then told me you wasn’t happy that there was no baton installed under the bath which could have been rectified if that’s what you wanted. I believe it was a way to stop the commence of work & not pay us. You paid a total of £300 & then ignored us.

  Hi James, you must have a memory loss. I paid you £700, which I can prove via my bank statement. I would uphold this if I could. You also added extra costs halfway through the job for the tiles around the window frame. My statement proves everything. If you read the comment from ( David CW8 ) you start to notice poor workmanship after a few months you need stop ripping people off

Terrible. If I could give zero stars, I would. James tried to charge extra half way through the job, as he had put the sink in wrong and it was taking longer. He has also managed to break the sink and now won’t answer any messages.

  Hi David, this installation was carried out in June which was 4 months ago nearly. I am most certain the basin was not cracked upon installation & I only asked for extra costs for the extra parts which I provided a receipt for. I have a new mobile number hence why you haven’t been able to contact me. I will be more than happy to come and look at the situation. Kind regards James

  The cracked pedestal is right under the sink, so have not noticed it until now, although I have now sent you a photo from the day of install. You definitely asked for more money for labour as well, even though it took you longer because of your mistakes, so that is not true. I have contacted you and you have basically blamed someone in my house, which is not very professional.
