I hired Bill to trim the overhanging branches of a neighbours tree and the work was completed today. He arrived on the specified time, with all the necessary equipment needed to do the job. I was consulted throughout the work to make sure I was happy with the branches that were being removed and the clear up of cut branches was thorough. I am very pleased with the work carried out by Bill and his team, very professional and at a very reasonable price and have no hesitation in recommending him.

He did cut the tree, but did not remove the stump as requested in my add and then agreed. He then went to talk to neighbours, as I was out for a bit to withdraw money, to see if they had any work. I still paid him for the work. The options he offers on the phone need to be specific and in writing.

I have you 2 different options for the job Option 1 was to take it to ground level And kill and treat the root £300 Option 2 is as to remove stump with stump grinder £550 As YOU requested option 1 , I carried out the job as requested
