Avoid Wayne from Blackwell Roofing. He quoted £380 based on photos, then came to view the job from the ground—no proper inspection. He later climbed a ladder with no safety gear, started tearing down fascia, then suddenly claimed the job was £1,600. When I asked him to stop, he became aggressive, shouting and throwing tools and wood down dangerously. I felt threatened and unsafe in my own home. Totally unprofessional, dishonest, and intimidating. Do not hire him.

Wayne was prompt and friendly, job was finished in a timely manner.

Wayne came and repainted our roof quickly and gave us a 10 year guarantee for the work. Unfortunately the roof leak tripled in size over night but Wayne would not come back until we took action. The roof is still badly leaking. The guarantee means nothing.
