Here at bill Kent building and roofing,we offer exceptional loft conversions and extensions to transform your living space and bring your interior vision to reality. Based in Essex, we also offer our services to the London and Hertfordshire area. We have over 20years’ hands on experience in the building industry, taking pride in all our work and putting customers at the heart of our business.
We can assist you with a design to build project or if you have already had plans/ drawings done we can take over from there.
We also offer other services such a roofing maintenance and landscaping.

Porch / Canopy
We went with BRM to build us a new Porch and we are absolutely delighted with everything. Bill was very professional, informative and would always let me know what was happening each day during the building process. We were so impressed with Bills work ethics and skill at building the porch to perfection, it really looks great and have got lots of compliments from other people saying how good it looks, we would definitely use BRM again.
