Gas Boiler - Installation
I'll assume the boiler service was fine was fine, however he flooded my kitchen in the process. He started explaining what happened by teling me he forgot to turn off the tap in the bathroom, then changed that to a story about the overflow being blocked. When I asked "well, what now?" he advised me that I should get a dehumidifier. The most work he did to clean up was to mop some water with a towel. My ceiling is ruined and all he was bothered about was being paid for the service. Absolute joke
Electric Boiler - Installation
Laurie accepted the job and arranged to arrive around 4pm. At 5pm (an hour after he was meant to arrive) , I text him to ask where he was and he said 'something had come up' and he wouldn't make it till Sunday night, leaving us another two days without heating or hot water. Not acceptable
Gas Boiler - Installation
Replaced existing electric hob with a gas one. Did a good job at reasonable price. Price was increased later on due to the complexity of the work but no complains about it. Delayed the work by almost a week due to his existing workloads but managed to visit on Saturday to get the job done.
