Booked Christian for carpet fitting and paid a �200 deposit. He failed to turn up on the agreed day while I was waiting at the property, then sent vague, last-minute excuses about damaged materials. Phone calls were ignored and communication was evasive. Confidence lost due to the lack of professionalism and reliability, totally wasted my day, and I had to cancel and now pursue recovery of the deposit. Very poor experience � proceed with extreme caution.�

Christian fitted my carpet on Tuesday at really early notice and even got underlay. Did an absolutely amazing job and will be definitely asking him to come back and fit more! Really friendly guy and I was really happy with the price. Thanks again
