John and his colleague came to insulate and board my loft today. Both were polite, courteous and respectful of my home. The job was finished to an excellent standard, in good time and to the price quoted. I wouldn't hesitate to use John again for other jobs or to recommend him.
There are no words to describe how grateful I am to have found John! He is excellent at his work, client oriented, very knowledgeable and tidy. Nothing was ever too much to ask, he always made his best to accommodate our needs in short time and without compromising on the quality of his work. John takes the time he needs to complete the job at a very hard standard even when challenges occur and more time is needed - at no extra cost! Applause for removing his shoes, this only shows respect for my home.
John did some electrical and some plumbing work for me, he was punctual, tidy and pleasant to work with. I would use him again for any further work and I highly recommend him to anyone reading this.
