We hired Phil for the above Job. He was the only builder who did not just suggest tearing down my porch amd rebuilding. He came up with a solution that was not only cost effective but with the least disruption too. Phil answered any queries we had, he was polite, reliable and extremely professional at all times! We are delighted with our new floor fitted by Evans. Phil promptly came out to see us. our job was quite complex, but Phil put us at ease and surveyed the job thoroughly exploring every eventuality. His team of professional craftsmen were efficient and cheerful. We were constantly kept in the loop, Phil kept us informed and was very generous with his time, nothing was a bother, and always with a smile. Would definitely recommend.

Domestic House Cleaning: Regular
Laura, who we understand is the other half of Evans & Co Property Mtce, cleaned our home last week and we're still 'blown away' by the very high standard of her work. You can see a difference in every area of our home that she has touched. Our shower looks like new after she steam cleaned it. Her cleaning is thorough, with added lovely touches - towels are rolled, toilet rolls are left folded and stamped. She is warm and cheerful. We feel we've had a house-keeper of the very highest standard in our home.
