Guttering and Rainwater Pipe
One to avoid, the gutter so called repaired is leaking like a fountain when rain, The work was done on 9 May, I have been trying to contact them for refitting of the leaking gutter, they supposed to be here at 9.30 AM today. No show, no message , no phone call. I have also been trying to get a receipt for the cash I paid for the so call work done on 9 May. I have never received the receipt. They took the money and don't care about the poor standard of work

Gave the trade man a final deadline to fix the leakage, so far, no word from him. He did not even try to defend himself against bad review of appalling workmanship.

For anyone checking the review before hiring this trade man, pay attention to the month of the year the review was published, surprisingly, nearly all the reviews published only in the month of August 2023 & Jan 2024, almost exclusive. This cast doubt on the authentic of the reviews

Patrick responded very quickly and was able to get the work done within 3 days of me posting the job. When the roofer looked at the missing tile he found it was a much bigger job replacing a large section of roofing felt as well as replacing broken tiles and repairing flashing etc the quote went up from £250 to £1,500. Steep for a day’s work but a thorough job and we’re happy to have a secure roof again.

RBS carried out the work and within 2 months I had noticed a leak in the work carried out. As the invoice stated 'all guaranteed for 15years' I contacted Patrick at RBS to come and fix the leak. He advised someone would be there in 2 days time. No one arrived, and he has ignored all but one of my many phone calls, texts and emails since. Eventually telling me that someone would be there 5 days after he originally said....again, no one arrived and no calls or texts to tell me why or to rearrange.

RBS carried out the initial work in a timely manner. However a few weeks later I noticed a small leak so contacted them. It was agreed someone would with me in 2 days time to take a look but it took many calls and texts from myself to resolve, most of which were unanswred. Eventually someone did come to check it, but it was a hassle.
