These guys were FANTASTIC. From the moment they arrived their attention to detail, their commitment and professionalism were absolutely second to none. I had quite specific details of what I wanted my new kitchen to look like and from the start they were supportive and extremely helpful in advising me on what appliances/work surfaces & flooring would work best. The job only took 4 days and my finished kitchen is immaculate. I cannot fault it. I'm so thrilled with the job that Michael & Rob have done. I would absolutely recommend them and definitely use them again. One very happy customer.
Home Improvements
These guys were great to work with. They basically offered to undertake every part of the complex job of a complete kitchen renovation. This involved taking out an old kitchen, soundproofing the ceiling, opening up a chimney breast, total replastering, fitting a new kitchen and redecorating (incl floor and wall tiling). They were even dab hands at sash window rennovation, re hanging balance weights in a window which hadn't worked for years. Problems were encountered with the kitchen suppliers (Howdens) who kept supplying warped work tops, but Mike and Rob were tenacious in not accepting any second rate goods, and unflinching in getting a top quality job done. We are in total agreement with a previous rating for Haynes which affirmed that they "genuinely wanted to get a good job done". We cannot speak highly enough about Haynes and hope to have the pleasure of using them again in the future.
Bathroom, Kitchen and WC Plumbing
Rob & co were reliable and professional throughout the approx 5-day refit of the bathroom, taking in their stride a couple of minor glitsches beyond their control that occurred once the start date arrived, including a wider remit for the job than they were originally asked to quote for; they turned up when they said they would and were contactable throughout the job. Tiling, plastering, painting, flooring & plumbing works were to a most satisfactory standard, old fittings and debris were properly & cleanly disposed of, and the team were flexible and showed a ready attitude to improvise and adapt when they needed to (because of the unforeseen hiccups that arose once work had started). They were also readily available after the job to check that all systems were working properly and to make any small adjustments that were necessary. If I have a minor quibble it's that there was quite a lot of dust to clean up afterwards - I surmise because a bag of plaster was probably opened indoors rather than outside, but that was incidental to the key elements of the task, and so I would have no hesitation in recommending them for similar work, and I would be very happy to approach them with future commissions (and, indeed, have done so). In short, I think they genuinely care about doing a good job and satisfying their customers and are concerned about maintaining a good reputation. Theirs was not the lowest quote but it was competitive and (which was very important to me) was based on a proper understanding of what was required in the way of materials and time to do a good job (for instance, they spent the longest time in reviewing the previous condition of the bathroom and in making precise measurements when coming to quote) rather than taking their cue from a perception of what the customer might prefer to hear (e.g 'It'll all be done in couple of days, mate; no problem').

9 out 10 the boys done a grand job on my bath room i will be using them again in the future. They work very clean and on time.Any problems, was soon delt with.

My bathroom is wonderful. The boys did a great job and I would be more than happy to use them for other projects.
