Rob communicated well all through the work. He worked carefully, without rushing, and it was clear that he was determined to do a good job, which he did. Very good outcome.
Keith was one of the nicest guy I have ever met. He is not someone who does the job in a hasty way. He takes time, understand the existing plumbing system and then provide the best solutions. Rob did a good job replacing a toilet flush mechanism. He explained what needed doing when the position of the flush needed changing with additional pipework.. He was courteous, clean and tidy.
