Ben kept me informed of when he would arrive.came and stripped cooked down to get at the problem.tested to see if the elements heated up.They were both fine so he put it back together and turned it on to see if the light went out when it reached the set temperature which it did so I put my pie in to see if cooked.While waiting for it to cook..I had asked Ben if he could fit my new light sometime and he said I will do it now while I'm waiting to see if the oven is ok The bill for both jobs was £116 .
