We had a two-storey rear extension done and are really pleased with how everything turned out. Communication throughout was excellent and Louis and Alex were always on hand, super helpful, and happy to work with us on any changes along the way. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The quality of the work is great and the whole team were professional and easy to deal with. The extension has completely transformed our home and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
The team at One Group were really accommodating throughout the project. Their communication was consistent, we couldn’t ask for me. They were always considering our preferences and working to all of our final choices as we were uncertain on the position of some of the internal walls and finishes The standard of the work and the quality could not be faulted - i would recommend Louis and the team at One Group to anyone who may be considering the same work on their own home.
Louis and the team were just what we could have wished for. For us the communication was important and they were always available to discuss any queries at any time. Our extension has been completed to an excellent standard, we are really happy with it. We wanted to make some changes to the layout with our stud walls and also the specification during the project and they were always willing to listen making sure it was exactly how we wanted it to be, we would definitely recommend- thank you!
