Patrick came to fix an immerser and do an EICR assessment and provide a certificate on completion. He did the former then completed the EICR but didn't leave the certificate. He then ignored my repeated calls, texts and emails to sort the problem leaving me with no option but to pay another £250 for a service I thought someone on Rated People would be vetted for. I have also since found out his company went out of business. Daylight robbery. Do not employ this provider.

Electrical Installation / Testing
Tradesman was prompt on coming to quote for the job. After a week I texted to ask if he was still interested in quoting and the response was yes, but he was busy. After waiting 2 weeks without further communication we now feel we have been ghosted. If a tradesman does not want a job please be honest and say so and not waste our time
