BEST Electrical called us within minutes of me posting a request for a electrician and arranged a suitable time for all to carry out the work. Extra work was required as a result of the inspection and BEST Electrical were very understanding of our needs to get the work done quickly and arranged to come early the following day to carry out the work. I have no hesitation in recommending BEST Electrical, and will use them in the future and have already told my friends so they can use him as well. Excellent.

Mark was quick to make initial contact and arranging to visit to view the work required after submitting the job on rated people. He is knowledgable and able to provide guidance on the best approach to take. His work was of an excellent quality and carried out in a clean, professional and timely manner. We intend to use Mark again to make further updates to our heating and electrical system and would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone requiring work on their heating or electrical systems.

This was my first experience of using Rated People so I didn't know what to expect albeit I don't usually expect anything that way I don't end up disappointed. Very professional and customer focused. Very polite, informative and knowledgeable. Took shoes off when in our house. Did a fabulous job on the consumer unit considering the mess they had to start with. Very good price also; would use them again if I needed similar work.
