The job itself was carefully handled and he came back to complete the job to suit my schedule (change of ceiling lights and dimmer switches). Great job, done to a very professional standard. The lads always turned up on time and were able to help with some unforeseen issues caused by a damp wall and flooring. The original job was for a kitchen refit but they were able to help us with all the other problems with no extra hands required.

Definitely 5 star service, Prompt, efficient and very good pricewise. Original requirement was for internal lighting. Have since used again for exterior lighting. Will be first port of call for any future electrical work and would definitely recommend to others.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.

We had our front garden fence removed and replaced with a brick wall. The finished result looks amazing. I’m so happy with it. The staff were courteous and professional and worked super hard and efficiently. The whole job took a week which was faster than expected. They left everything clean and tidy. After receiving several quotes they were very competitively priced too. Can not recommend highly enough

I hired Spensley Electrical Services to reposition a double wall socket and then chase out the wall to add an additional double and single socket. I guess the plus point is that both new sockets have power and work but the positioning is very poor. Neither are flush with the wall. Also appreciate that there was always going to be a lot of mess when chasing but most credible tradesmen would at least make some effort with cleaning up. Can’t expect a 5 star review if you don’t provide a 5 star service!

James did a fantastic job building a downstairs toilet/shower room for my mother. The quality of his work was of a very high standard and his attention to detail was second to none. No challenge was too much for James and he consulted with my mother regarding the design and installation throughout the whole working process. I can’t recommend him highly enough. If you want somebody who is reliable and going to do exactly what you ask for, then Andrew is the person to help. He was extremely reliable which is hard to get sometimes, and did everything so quickly and to a high standard. I will be recommending him for sure in future.

Jamie installed led lighting in the kitchen and dining room, along with a central light fitting. He arrived promptly, did an excellent job and was polite, easy-going and helpful throughout. Really happy to recommend him and will definitely use his services again.

Norman and the guys turned up ready to work last Saturday morning and it was not long before they had the system drained and the old thermal store removed. They then began the complicated task of plumbing in an unvented hot water cylinder into the existing circuit. When they finished they diligently cleaned up and made sure everything was polished. I would highly recommend this firm even for the most complicated work required. THANKS GUYS.

George and his team did a superb job at our house. His punctuality and communication have been outstanding; he always replies very quickly to messages and sent us countless videos of his work to keep us updated. He gave us some very fair and informed advice on how to tackle extra problems with our roof. His invoices were very detailed and clear and competitively priced. Fully recommended!
