From the initial quote through to work completion, Justin and his work partner were professional, knowledgeable, good-humoured, and clear in all explained - I felt an instant ease to agree to the work. Howard is a lovely man. Chatty, works full days. Gave a competitive quote. However the quality of his finish was not up to the standard I was expecting. Paint in a lot of places it shouldn't have been. Poor edging and he had to return to completely repaint two walls.
