Built by Abbott Developments - a large two story pink Staffordshire stone extension to old farmhouse - downstair disabled wet-room facilities, sitting area for elderly parents, - upstairs bedroom / shower room. Hardwood windows. Outside paving. This is a first class outfit. Abbott have a skilled workforce. The whole team are considerate and caring. Abbott are trustworthy and take a pride in the job. Excellent service. Got a quote on the Thursday, and the fitter arrived to install my boiler at 8.20 on the Monday. Work done to very good standard, and cleaned up afterward. Would recommend BeSure for any Heating/Boiler work

Ended up being a boiler replacement job, which was arranged quickly and installed efficiently. Certain unforeseen problems arose and persisted, meaning the work dragged on for a fair while. However, Andy persevered admirably to complete the job and deal with issues caused by suppliers.

Edward came round very promptly, did everything he said he would do and was polite and tidy. I would definitely use Plumb it Right again and would recommend them to anyone. Edward even rang back to check everything was OK a couple of days later.

Simon Powell provided a very reasonable quote for the supply and installation of a new boiler, and took the time to investigate different options for locating the boiler in my house. He always turned up when he said he would, worked hard for all the time he was at my house and was thoroughly professional. He also cleaned up the work area at the end of each day and was always good-natured. I would recommend him and his work anytime.

Tom responded to are job quickly and gave us good advise. The quote was very competitive, and he was able to do the job quickly. The job was done in a day and the quality of the radiators and service was excellent. Tom worked in a clean and efficient manner. He had a small issue, but resolved it straight away. We would recommend Tom to others and thank him for a job well done.
