the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person

Mandir from final touch was amazing. I highly recommend him and final touch. I called final touch for an urgent job and they came the following day. No complaints and very reasonable price. I had to lay carpet on stairs, passage and two other rooms with carpet which did not fit exactly plus a combination of old and new carpet. Manvir was able to do it no problem and made it look easy. Scheduled to come to my property the next day to fix boiler. Assured me that he would appear. Took me 4 hours by coach to come to my property in London next day only to be told that he could not do it. Very unethical. Cost me £500 per day time off as an IT contractor + £70 national express coach return ticket and waste of time. This guy named Daniel quoted slightly lower than others but I guess you get what you pay for - I would not use sole trader like this next time due to how unprofessional they can be.

Having left school with the determination to be the best painter and decorator possible, I went to St Albans college then on to a specialist wallpaper hanging and special effects course. I then went straight out into the world of self-employment. Although this was, (and still is) my preferred way to spend time I soon realised the tilers around me were earning more than I was. So, back to college I went to learn how to tile. Fast forward to 1990 when off I went again on my own. By 1992 I had a small team working with me on commercial and residential projects and now with over 30 years experience in the trade I know that it costs no more to give perfection than to give second best.... and that's what we offer. We have extensive experience with all sizes of tile from large format (2400 x 1200) to mosaics including all popular sized ceramics, natural stone and porcelain. We are quite happy taking on large floor areas down to small bathrooms. Whilst we pride ourselves in the quality of our workmanship we are extremely competitively priced. We recognise that you will live with the tiles you have chosen for many years. The way they are installed and the quality of the finish is vital. When it comes to bathroom refitting, because it is so stressful trying to organise all the trades needed for the job, we carry out the complete bathroom refurbishment works using our own plumbers and tilers (and decorator) to bring together the perfect finish.
We used Nick (arcitile) twice. On both occasions Nick viewed the jobs and we explained our requirements. He went away to work his quotes out, and then sent them to us. After the first job was completed, we were invoiced for more money than originally quoted. The same thing happened on the second job, this time there was an approximate increase of 40% from the original quote. We would NOT recommend this contractor to you.
