Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Pleasant enough, but had the job completed in 5 minutes, using a peice of waterproof tape. He charged £160 for the job, which I thought was a bit excessive. I could have done it myself for the price of a roll of tape. Fortunately, the problem has been solved, which I was grateful for.

We specialise in bath to walk-in shower conversions with coverage of many areas of the UK.
Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.

After frustrating efforts to compete work on my project kamel came and sorted things out . High standard of work on bathroom tiling , bathroom 2nd fix , organised electrics , joinery and painting going over and above to help me out . Will definitely work with Kamel again .

Daniel was extremely helpful and professional at his work. We could not thank him enough for sorting the issue with faulty vent pipe, where management company failed to address the problem of awful sewage smell coming out of the main stack. We spent money on plumbers and surveyors in the past that could not figure out the cause nor fix the issue. Just glad we finally found the guy that did what he promised!
