Ruined my bathroom. Comvinced me with his over 40 years experience and business in Greece etc. Did not use levelling spacers but I thought, given his experience, he knew what he was doing. There is not a single tile properly levlled with another. Cost me extra as had to buy new tiles as he agreed to fix it but still the job looks like it was done by an amature. Tiling is not something you want going wrong as it is the final finish and now we have to live with this mess.

I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

Very happy with the work Mosaic did. They did 2 bathroom makeovers, they were let down by a tile supplier which delayed our timetable but in general the team were good to work with, focussed, and listened to what we wanted. Also very helpful on design, selection of materials, and adjusting for problems discovered when ripping out the old bathrooms. I would be happy to recommend and use them again.
