Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Although personable, he did an appalling job and left the poor lady with raw sewage leaking and a dreadful smell. She was very distressed for months and it cost over £1800 to put the work right.
