Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We’ll definitely have Shah back for the next phase of our renovation when we’re ready!

Martin is a very nice happy man with years of experience in plumbing. We felt easy about him accessing all the rooms in the house and leaving him to his own resources to fix the plumbing problem where we have no heating or hot water for 4 days. He kept up up to date as he worked and provided us with information to bear in mind for the future. Martin was very smart and actually turned up earlier than arranged which is always a plus. I would recommend Martin to everyone I know and would use him in the future.

It would be ideal if i could leave pictures as to the stat of my home and the damage this contractor caused. i had to get ride of this contractor and find an alternative. This has cost me double what it should have as i had paid this contractor the majority of his invoice then had to employ another to correct the work. please check the users tax filing on company house (which have not been completed) and the fact they have been expelled from the federation of master builders. not recommended

He was really receptive to text messages, was very accommodating when we had to change the original work date, and was keen to get back to us as soon as the counters were re-fitted, so we had a working kitchen again. Dave is friendly but completely disorganised and does not reply to repeated calls or emails. He lost the instruction book for our boiler. Now he has not supplied any gas safety certificate, despite constantly asking for over a month. I am going to have to pay someone else to do this in addition to the money I paid him for the job. Very disappointed, my elderly mother who he did the work for has been ill with the worry
