Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. One star as that was the lowest I could choose. Threatened to have us fined as they claimed we accepted a quote they did not give. Left some of our waste on our neighbours property and claimed that we shortchanged them so demanded a further £20.00 Not to be trusted I'm afraid.

He quoted £100,000 to do the job in 6 weeks & promised it would be stress free, At 12 weeks in He was told I no longer wanted him to complete the job as I received an electric shock from a socket that was left as a bare cable protruding from the wall. He blamed everybody else then fired the only two decent builders as he held them responsible. Even though I had paid the third stage payment a day previous, I was too distressed and my health was declining due to the anxiety and stress he had caused. Avoid!!

Mike came, quoted £700 to do the weeding. Transferred £350 to bank to start immediately . He blew leaves off the snow for 5/10mins then asked for £50cash for weed killer which we declined and he then left. Next day van problems, too wet next day. We asked for a refund not heard since. I would pay after completion. Disappointing

I would give the lowest score possible to these sharks! Came at 2.30 on a Friday and worked on roof in dark and rain! Left job in a terrible state both internally and externally .Promised to come back next morning and rectify and plaster all the mess they made on the walls snd ceiling.Yhey have not answered any communications despite trying several times. In good faith I paid them half the money but will never see them again so I have to now find a reputable roofer to fix. BEWARE they are SCUM.
