Kevin and his team did a great job from start to finish. I am very happy with their service. They exactly did that job what they quoted for. Furthermore, they were able to complete some extra repointing free of charge. I would definitely recommend them. I have now asked them to quote for a porch.

Hired John to remove excess carpet,underlay and laminate waste. Fair price, punctual, nice and tidy work. Would love to get him back for any building maintenance work in future.

Sebastian did a excellent job could not pick one fault with it, was always on time and kept us upto date with cost of everything, finished the bathroom to a professional quality, would have thought he was doing his own bathroom everything had to be done to perfection. An outstanding trades person. I posted the job in February but had to save up before the work could be done. Phil waited and he did the work for me in June. The weather was very hot but that didn't stop Phil from getting on with the job ,nor did problems he encountered .. He is a problem solver and repaired the problem before finishing his own job and he cleaned up at the end of each day. 5 stars .

In addition to replacing the spot lights I asked Raef to replace my bathroom floors with LVT flooring. The result was excellent! The job was carried out to an exceptionally high standard with the minum of fuss or delay. Although not cheap, I am more than happy with the finished result, and would have no hesitation in contacting RT Property Services for any future jobs. Very Highly Recommended.
