Job was probably not a standard one but chatting through with Kieren what was required on initial site visit , the estimate was fair and arrived promptly . Patrick returned today to clear the mess left behind by the previous workers. He also improved a wooden barrier that was too small. This was a refurb job rather tha new project and I thin k he found it challenging.
