Hi im a local York based lad with just a 2 man team I’ve been in the garden work for about 2 years now and think it’s time to try and expand abit more now I’ve done some good gardening work for plenty off York and surrounding people and have along the way now got some regular customers who I visit every couple of weeks to undertake their work I’ve got a page on Facebook under (MR landscaping and property services) if you would like to take a look at some off the work and projects I’ve done we are happy to travel at are own cost and give free quotations in the garden industry

Mo came and surveyed what was needed. Then quoted. Had a team he said would be fast and thorough.paid 40% deposit He did not discuss and liaise with other trades working on house. This Caused problems. Ended up flooding both up and downstairs with full radiators left on sides draining onto laminate. floors. Floors ruined and had to be removed and I face 8/10k to replace. Broke fibre optics cable. Refused to accept responsibility for any of the errors and mistakes. Dreadful experience and nothing but stress.
Avoid at all costs I now have to have the whole job re done after promising to return and blocking me.

Cleaned the inside and outside of entire gutter going the dxtra mile to clean the gutter abov the conservatory which no one else has managed to reach since being installed about 30 years ago. I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems
