We agreed the work. The guys were available quickly. After starting, they needed to borrow my wheelbarrow, SDS drill and crow bar. Midway, they suggested the job should change as all the damaged patio tiles under the gutter outlet were not damaged by water run off, but the cement beneath them being too hard. The grout they put in washed away. They came and fixed it.

Adam picked up the job promptly and turned up, with a colleague, the next day to complete the repair. The wall is now secure and looks neater. Contacted them to get a quote came out seemed okay said I would have a quote soon. A week later after multiple reminders got a price I asked for a breakdown and was told: "you've got your prices it's not hard to work out" I have three walls one I'm splitting with my neighbour to right, one I'm paying for myself at the back and one that I'm splitting with the other neighbour and was asking for a breakdown of those three. No idea what their actual work is like.
