Happy with job overall, skilled caftmanship. After job issue: Glue has leaked onto door from frame and hardened until seen on day of instalation. Was advised it can be fixed and will attend to it when passing by. The rating will be changed once this is fixed or new door installed as I paid for new door. It is not my doing thaglue leaked.

Cleaned the inside and outside of entire gutter going the dxtra mile to clean the gutter abov the conservatory which no one else has managed to reach since being installed about 30 years ago. The work was done very effectively, and he left everything clean and tidy when he finished. He supplied the parts and showed me how to adjust them should I need to do so in the future. The estimate was for 2 days' work, but it took only one, so it turned out a bit more expensive.
