I am new to Rated People, however I have 7 years experience in the building trade,
I'm afraid i had to change my rating because we came across an issue with a part of bath fitted in our bathroom after the job was done. We contacted Liviu and asked him to come and fix it, after a few times contacting him, he arranged to come in but never turned up and have been ignoring our calls ever since, so i am very disappointed with the fact that there was no after care service provided.

I used AGL to decorate my 5 bedroom house in W12 in April 2014. The standard of the work was excellent. They are experienced and were able to come up with practical solutions to issues that arose. They were able to carry out addition electrical and plumbing work. Their quote was competitive and transparent. They repsonded promptly to calls and emails. AGL were trustworthy and reliable and I have since made several recommendations to friends. I would definitely use them again.

Owen did an amazing job ripping out and old kitchen and flooring and disposing of all appliances flooring etc. and subsequently fitting a new kitchen and flooring. We found him reasonably priced and we paid what was quoted , professional and prompt . He was always on hand to ask and reply to any queries. The plumber coming had a look at the work to be done, announced a budget, and then, a few minutes after starting, 'discovered' that the works will be more complicated, therefore more than doubling the budget. The remark 'You do not have any choice.' completed this sorry picture, with permanent bargaining. Then, ignoring that customers' reviews are customers' prerogative, the plumber asked for a '5 star' rating. This disqualifies any rating previously received. Sorry, business manners seldom come amiss.
Lee made contact within 2 hours of posting the job, came out and quoted that afternoon and started only a week later. After explaining the quality of the job I wanted he and Sam got stuck in and made quick work of it. They were very careful about covering everything up and cleaning up afterwards. I was left with some lovely flat ceilings and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. His quote was good value and resulted in me getting the whole property done. Well done!
