Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.

Took a part to do an additional job on my dishwasher. Quoted £50 on the day. Weeks later after I had to chase. Said it would be £130. I said no. After chasing some more they agreed to send the part back so I could get the job done elsewhere and I can't find the right part without the original. They agreed to post the part back. It's been weeks and no parts have been sent back. I have sent messages and calls and I'm being ignored. Very unprofessional.

That afternoon we received the quote and he send someone over to do the job two days later. It was done properly that day, with photos to show how nicely it was done! David and Chris removed some existing concrete steps that were crumbling and replaced with new, bricked and flagged complete with ramp for the bins. They completed the work on time and we are absolutely delighted with the result and would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone considering any such work in the future. They left the site clean and tidy and caused us no inconvenience whatsoever and completed within budget for which they were competitively priced.
