Very reliable & good quality work - after being told by another tradesman this was going to be an awkward, lot more expensive job we were expecting the worst but the problem was sorted straight away & at a lot less cost! John and his hard-working team quoted for a job to clear our overgrown garden and relay membranes underneath gravel. Throughout the work, he was professional, friendly and offered clear advice and updates to us. To whom it may concern. The team at Manchester's Roofing & Guttering -Building & Home improvements where excellent !! They arrived on time (which is hard to come across) they gave me options of what's best to do with my Roof-line. All workers where very nice & professional, I was kept up-to-date as the work was being carried out, my property was kept tidy everyday, I would highly recommend Manchester's Roofing & Guttering they done fantastic job at a fair price. I employed Marc and Paul to build a large extension to my home, which involved a large garage conversion, with first floor extension. Having heard so many horror stories about builders, I was anxious, however Paul and his team did a fantastic job, within the agreed budget, and within the agreed timescale. They worked extremely hard, and started promptly at 8am each day. The standard of work carried out was excellent. At all times they were polite, tidy and did everything possible to complete the job on time. I think they really set the benchmark for good builders, and I would highly recommend them for any kind of building work.

Chris did a fantastic job of replacing my old fence panels with new one's, price was very fair, it wasn't a straight forward job and he didn't stop until it was perfect, kept me informed every step of the way, cleaned everything up and took away all the old fencing panels, would highly recommend Chris and would not hesitate to use him again for any future work
