Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. They worked hard all day and were very meticulous about everything. Completed the job to a very high standard and cleaned up, before they left on day 2. Worked late to complete the job. Steve ward provided us with an outstanding finished product including a 15sq meter rear extension with fitted kitchen cloakroom & utility. he also drew up the plans , his quote was very reasonable and it came in on budget. Steves team of Ryan Graham Paddy & Dave were a pleasure to deal with and the workmanship was of the highest standard. They were considerate at all times and were very clean workers. My wife said they helped here get through lockdown. absolutely no hesitation in reccommending them.

Nice tiles in bathroom but paid for a door and radiator to be fitted and these weren’t done. Got radiator on floor not attached! Had to get someone else to fit door. It took me three hours to clean up after his mess, no joke, bathroom was filthy. Asked him to come back to fill in gaps in tiling & fit other things which he said would do, and he did a few of these things. He changed bath plug because wasn’t fitted properly but instead of removing first plug, he left some of it in sink hole,
