GLS did some work on our cottage, including renovating a staircase, fitting skirting boards and door frames, hanging doors and installing a built-in wardrobe. This work was quite complicated due to the age and “character” of the cottage (no straight lines!), plus working in a busy family home. They did an absolutely fantastic job. Greg and Luka were so hardworking and skilful. There was great communication at every stage and they were courteous and considerate. We are so happy with the results! Thank you.

Lee made contact within 2 hours of posting the job, came out and quoted that afternoon and started only a week later. After explaining the quality of the job I wanted he and Sam got stuck in and made quick work of it. They were very careful about covering everything up and cleaning up afterwards. I was left with some lovely flat ceilings and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. His quote was good value and resulted in me getting the whole property done. Well done!

Dave did a teriffic job clearing up my very overgrown garden and accomplished in just a few hours a job I had been ignoring for months. He was very prompt to reply to my posting and appeared in the garden just a couple of days later. He did such a good job he's coming back to build us a bike shed and sort out the flowerbeds. Colin did a great job in identifying the root cause of an intermittent shower leaking problem that three previous plumbers I used, failed to find. Colin is a great guy, friendly, professional and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to others. Thanks again Colin for a great no nonsense job.

Did a really thoughtful restoration of our cloakroom. Took into consideration what was best for the client and achieved what the client wanted. New tiled floor and walls. Existing basin reset in New worktop with new tap and drainage. All done to schedule. On time, no waste, no mess and no dissruption. Friendly and reliable.

The team at Tolworth Rise were a pleasure to work with. The standard and finish of our house, the constant communication and eagerness to please was a great peace of mind. Even when there was one thing that wasn't perfect for us, they came back happy to change and left us with, what feels like a beautiful new home. Well worth calling them!!

Attended promptly but did not conplete all the work I asked for. Just changed a fuse and replaced a light switch. When I asked him to return to complete the work he was very reluctant to do so.

Unfortunately this job seemed to be beyond Jay's ability and we had to stop it part way through and find someone else to finish it. On the positive side Jay recognised this and was very apologetic and was certainly not trying to rip us off. But I cannot recommend him for this type of job (replacing existing front door and frame with new frame and door).
