This gentleman met me on site a few minutes early, looked at the job and got on with the plastering in a clean,pleasant, professional manner. Having observed his competence on the initial job, I did not hesitate to offer him further work which he also completed. I have no hesitation in recommending him and will certainly contact Steve again when the two shower rooms are ready for tiling. His pricing is competitive and offers good value for money. Joe and his team were very friendly and professional. Joe himself oversaw his team and made sure he kept up his end and was tidy along the way. Can’t recommend enough. He also facilitated extra work that was not initially agreed and still kept a very timing on the additional work.

Graham and Dave have completed my job in full and to a really high standard. The quote given was competitive and no unforeseen extras added. They left the work area clean and tidy. I would recommend Cheslett Property Maintenance and I will hopefully be using them soon to complete my project.

We cannot recommend Gordon highly enough. He is fastidious with his work and completed the 2 rooms that he decorated for us to absolute perfection in a short amount of time. Nothing is too much trouble for him. At the end of each day he tidied each room, so much so that you would almost not know he had been there! He is efficient and his time keeping is true to his word. We are delighted with the work that Gordon has done for us. If you need a decorator, look no further! Exceptional! And a nice man too!

J Stubbings contacted me within seconds of posting the job and agreed to come the next day to give me a price. The price was very good value compared to prices i had received from local tradesman. On the day of the job John was spot on time. The work was completed to a high standard and John was very clean and tidy along the way. I would not hesitate to have John again.

Dave was fantastic all the way through the job. His price was extremely reasonable and he stuck very near to the original quote even though the job turned out to be significantly more complicated than first anticipated and took longer than we first thought. He kept us very well informed throughout and arrived on time every day. A generally very friendly and easy going guy - would happily use him again.
