Excellent service. Adam knew I was busy and managed to squeeze me in a day earlier than planned when he had a slot open up. Very friendly and helpful, walked around house and took exactly what I wanted. They even swept my garden when finished. A+ recommended, will be using again when I have my bathroom and kitchen ripped out.

Responded very quickly and was able to come and do the job the same day, despite it being a small job. I had a problem with a leak to my downstairs neighbour and Mark did a very good job resealing the bath and investigating other potential sources of the problem.

I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

Excellent work to a high standard. As our property is listed the build needed to blend in seamlessly which was done perfectly. Lukasz and team did a great job with our kitchen refurb project. They stripped out our old kitchen completely, re did plumbing/electricity and installed new units & tiles etc. They were polite, hardworking and easy to work with. Would recommend!
