Joe was very professional, punctual, tidy and all at a competitive price! Very quick to respond to my request.. and was very straightforward and telling me how much exactly cost and with no hidden extras. The cat-flap installed looks amazing and works perfectly! " great lads, called within 1hr of my post, came following morning gave a quote and started 2 days later. took 2 days, excellent work, great finish. Next day came back, Cleared away every bit of rubbish and washed down all work areas, cannot rate them high enough.

Not worth 5 star rating, in my opinion. Cancelled appointment 30 minutes before due time. Came out twice, first time to take a look, second time to bring sample. Said he would get back to with price with expected start next week. Heard nothing, he finally answered one of my texts saying didn't reply as materials had gone up and the job would cost another £1000. Did not even have the courtesy of letting me decide if it was too much to pay or to choose something less expensive. Very disappointed.
