First class job. The bathrooms look fantastic. John and his team experienced a few problems along the way due to the age of the property but they handled it and sorted everything and the bathrooms look absolutely amazing. Highly recommended.

Mian complaint is not the mistake but being ignored for months after. We quickly discovered cracks in the walls and ceilings which he did not come back and rectify. He also failed to notice some rising damp which he simply painted over . This damp then became visible and discoloured the wall. This meant that we had to pay for damp proofers to come and take the plaster off the wall Shahid painted and we are waiting for a different painter and decorator to come and re-do the job we paid Shahid to do.

Steve did a great job and worked really hard over two days to get the job done. Very professional, protected all carpets and kept me informed all the way through the job. Very easy to contact and gets back to you every time. Arrived when he said and didn’t leave until he knew I was totally satisfied. Went through everything before he left to make sure I was ok with both the boiler and new wireless thermostat. Would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Paul was really professional and clear about the work, everything was explained clearly and the work completed to a great standard, especially the roof, the builders were really friendly and treated our property with respect, we were kept informed at every stage and we made changes to works and nothing was too much trouble. Even after the work was finished they are still offering advice and help.
