Paints & Ladders with DDE Construction was hired to do a garage conversion. I chose them as they were the only company that offered an end to end service (i.e. design, council application, build,and paint) as I am extremely busy. They excelled in client relationship, as they took me through all the stages of the development their design really focused on what was important to my family. Excellent and Honest Service. Only had a small problem of a couple of slipped tiles at the edge of my roof. Needed someone to come and do a quick repair. This what they did. No lie 10 mins problem solved reasonable priced. Will use RJR again in the future, hopefully not for awhile though.

They were very thorough their preparation was excellent and when they had finished WOW I thought I was in a different house. Would recommend MM Property maintenance as they did a great job of painting my newly installed panelling. They came on time, covered everywhere, didn’t stop working and made sure everything was perfect even filling and sanding panelling before painting and finally clearing up so there was no cleaning left for me. We had a few jobs that needed doing which had built up - painting, wallpapering, clearing/sealing the block paving, fitting a shower screen etc. Bill was great - he came and priced up and was able to get on with the works quickly. He was punctual, tidy and did everything we had asked him to. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
