The job evolved during the week (it turned out the floor also needing refitting due to blown tiles and sub-standard base), but Taff was able to adapt and we ended up with a much better outcome. From quote to completion, Luke was very courteous and professional. He gave a very reasonable quote, and was able to come and do the work within a couple of days. On the day, Luke was prompt in arriving and cracked on with the work, keeping me updated throughout the day, and was clean and tidy throughout. The work was completed to a high standard, he went above and beyond. Would highly recommend to family and friends.
