Took a part to do an additional job on my dishwasher. Quoted £50 on the day. Weeks later after I had to chase. Said it would be £130. I said no. After chasing some more they agreed to send the part back so I could get the job done elsewhere and I can't find the right part without the original. They agreed to post the part back. It's been weeks and no parts have been sent back. I have sent messages and calls and I'm being ignored. Very unprofessional.

Quick to answer job advert and gave a good price, set a date for job to be done. Arrived on time and did a great job very happy with work done. Gave lots of advice for after care and painting once plastering was dry. My only complaint was that he put down dirty dust sheets to start with. He did a good job of cleaning up.

Unbelievably amazing service from Tommy from start to end. He takes the time to run through options with you, suggests and recommends suppliers materials and colours etc. It was like having an interior designer, plumber, tiler all rolled into one. Arrived 3 hours later than expected then disappeared for half an hour as he hadn’t brought enough plaster. Both ceilings look good but oh what a mess! Borrowed a sheet to put over large units but covered the carpet with it instead.
