I received a call from kevin immediately after I placed the ad. He came at the time he said he would and charged the price agreed on the phone. Kevin was v professional and courteous. Mostly a good service but some bathroom work had to be re-done because the plan wasn't followed. Their communication wasn't good and things that they said would be done were not. I was surprised to find they were storing their equipment in the new bath. Fortunately, no damage was done. Overall rating 3.
