I needed someone to replace my condemned boiler asap. I accepted their reasonable quote on Tuesday pm and they replaced my boiler 4 days later on a Saturday. I could not be happier with the work they did. From start to finish, they worked throughout in a professional, thoughtful manner. When completed, there was no evidence that they had been!! They cleared up really well and even offered to replace my furniture for me. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Well done!

Terry was really good. He came out in the dead of night to repair (not just have a look at) my faulty boiler. He walked me through exactly what was wrong with it, showed me the parts that had gone wrong and even left the old bits with me to have a look at. My faith in tradesmen is renewed - well done Terry!! Really easy to work with, James was extremely helpful and has done a fantastic job with our bathroom refurbishment. We will be using him for further work in the future and would highly recommend him. Had few problems and impossible to get him back unless you offer a new job, Happy otherwise. Still waiting for couple of pieces of kitchen pieces and not holding my breath they will ever appear. Gave up phoning Lee.

Alan was a saviour. A different tradesman had made a complete mess of installing our kitchen; we feared the whole kitchen was a right-off. We posted looking for a new fitter to try and rectify as many mistakes as possible. Alan used all his skill and experience to steadily transform the ruined kitchen into exactly what we had envisaged. He went above and beyond by not only fixing the problems but also adding nice touches and helping throughout. We can't recommend highly enough. Matt, Gina and Elliott.

Very efficient service, kept me informed at all stages of the job and turned up promptly on both visits. I posted the job on rated people and John came out to look at the problem on the same day, the job was completed very promptly after the required part was ordered. Arrived promptly to give a quote. Replacing an elderly boiler threw up a few problems but he used his knowledge and experience to solve these. Arrived on time each day and carried out the work efficiently. Clean and tidy worker. Took great care to ensure the central heating system was working satisfactorily before he left.

Good job done, no mention of extra charge despite job taking longer than anticipated. Cleaned up after himself and stayed until 7.20 to get the job done same day. Came a day later than initially agreed but wasn't a problem at our end and he gave me a text to let me know well in advance that he had been delayed at a previous job.

Rob arrived promptly the day after I posted my job. He completed a thorough service of the boiler and made safe my gas fire. He had a very customer friendly manner and was extremely safety conscious I am really happy that he contacted me about my job and will be booking him shortly to undertake a boiler service for a family member's home too.
