However, it is essential that a 10-minute SITE SURVEY is carried out with each job quote as all properties are different. The SURVEYis FREE. WE ALSO FIT CLIENTS' OWN EQUIPMENT. However, in such instances, we only guarantee our own installation work and not the purchased CCTV equipment.

I’m revising my original 5-star review after the repair failed 6 months later. While I got a prompt response to my initial warranty request, a fortnight was then wasted where my suggestions for dates went unanswered and an appointment was finally set only to get cancelled on the day. A request to specify a time for a new appointment has likewise been ignored. After 3 weeks without a bathroom light, I’m now paying for a repair with a new contractor rather than continue chasing such unreliable service.
