Prompt, efficient and professional service throughout Bathroom renovation. I was kept up to date at all times as this was a rental property. The job was good, he did extra work for us, but what let it down was that he didn't register the work with the Building Regulations and the Council. And had to ask and chase up so many times for the Part P Certificate and I still didn't receive it from him. He is very good for doing electrical jobs , but don't expect him to register it with council.

Fitted a brand new heating system for 5 bed house in a week, the plumber was really conscientious , dealt with unexpected problems sensibly and worked long hours to get the job done. Very reliable and good after care too.

Arek gave us a fair quote and worked with us for a suitable start date. Arek, Kris and Gutek were lovely, friendly and polite. Nothing was too much trouble and did a fantastic job of the work we needed doing even going beyond to ensure a good finish. Absolute pleasure to have them here for 7-8 weeks. Trustworthy, professional and clean. Would absolutely recommend Arek and his team. We'll certainly be asking him back when we have the garden to do. 5*
