Ross supplied and fitted 9 led downlights in my kitchen and an outdoor socket. He came to the house, inspected what had to done and was very clear and decent about the job. No mess and the workmanship was excellent. He even supplied me a plasterer as the ceiling needed to be done which was part of my job description. Would I use again. Yes, and i am for more work later.

The carpet fitting squad couldn’t deal with the door as it wasn’t a standard internal one. It was particularly heavy and had a strong spring chain going into its side. Paul managed it fine. Quick to make contact after posting the job. Agreed to call at 10am on 11 July. That morning I got a text asking me to call which I did. He was running late and asked if 11am would be ok. He did eventually show up at 1pm as the previous job took longer. He said he would go online to look for a lock and let me know. I have not heard anything since. Very poor service.
