Archie was fantastic. He deserves the five stars given. Not only did he come in at the budget provided, but communicated several times and promptly on text and email. He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He sent us an invoice after the job and we paid him. Simple. What a joy to get 5 star service in the current climate.

Mel was the locksmith. He turned up slightly early. I like that, saves wondering if anyone will turn up. Confirmed by text on the day prior to visit. Fitted the lock and asked me to test it. It worked fine, and he left. I couldn't really ask for more.
