Turned out to be a much bigger job than anticipated but Ben and his team rose to the challenge they completed it in good time and during the 2 hottest days of the year. Left everything clean and tidy.

Quick response to quote for the job and good explanation of what was involved. Turned up on time and just got on with the job explaining what they were doing as they went along. Really helpful advise on some extra work that I had planned to do in the future. Job completed this morning and i would recommend Scott and his team and will definately use again.

Nadeem was absolutely excellent. Punctual, lovely manner, highly professional and patient to explain the work he needed to do. He went out of his way to call a boiler company for us to double check on recommended maintenance procedures and made sure that we understood what we need to do to avoid additional costs. Absolute five star service, we will use him every time we need help from now on. Highly recommended.

I would definitely recommend! Really hard working, genuine people with a very fair quote. Brilliant communication throughout. Couldn't fault anything they did and the finished room is brilliant. I will be using them again without a doubt and recommending them to anyone having work done. Even the neighbours commented about how dedicated and committed they were. 10/10 from us!

Andrew was superb. We exchanged a few messages before he came to do the work, he always responded promptly and even offered to come to provide a temporary fix before he was free to carry out the actual job. Another job was cancelled, and he fitted my job in early even though it was his birthday. He did an excellent job of replacing my fence posts under difficult conditions and even went the extra mile in a couple of aspects. On top of this he comes across as a lovely bloke. 6 stars.

Paul and Son were professional, efficient and fast. They got the work done quickly and to a good standard. They also provided receipts and transfer notes for the work. Definitely recommend them.

Elliott responded quickly to my request, indicating that he could view the job promptly. However the damage incurred by the snow turned out to be less extensive than first thought and I did not need to proceed with this. Since the website requires a star rating I have given him good ratings bsed on the email exchange with him alone, no work having ben done.

I was apprehensive appointing someone through a website, but so glad I did Carl was great, from a very informative initial meeting and then estimate all the way through to completion of 1 ensuite, 1 small family bathroom and 1 small downstairs toilet. He was full of useful ideas which helped the project go smoothly. Due to the nature of this project, flexibility was key and he excelled in this regards. I recently hired Viorel to replace a ceiling beam in my rental kitchen, and I was thoroughly impressed with his work and professionalism. Viorel demonstrated excellent craftsmanship when tackling what turned out to be a more complex job than initially expected. During the ceiling beam replacement, he uncovered several additional issues that needed attention. Rather than simply ignoring these problems or hitting me with surprise costs, he took the time to explain each issue clearly and kept me updated.

I wish to retract my previous rating, if there is a minus rating I would use that. He conned me into leaving a rating before he finished the job, the shower leaks, he has got money out of me for unfinished work. AVOID AT ALL COSTS he has the chat, it has been over 9 MONTHS and the work is NOT FINISHED.

Charlie got the boiler working very quickly, but spent quite a bit of time servicing, as it seems the boiler hadn't been serviced for a long time. He even contacted the boiler manufacturer for advice on a couple of points. Superb service, very well impressed. Thanks Charlie
