We chose Buildway to do this important work at our house replacing a 42 year old timber balcony. Howard is a lovely man. Chatty, works full days. Gave a competitive quote. However the quality of his finish was not up to the standard I was expecting. Paint in a lot of places it shouldn't have been. Poor edging and he had to return to completely repaint two walls.
