Superb service from Brendan and Matthew (who quoted and did the work). A next day site visit and quote (free) was great. Matthew looked at what we knew we needed and spotted some missing pointing, and a few other cracked tiles. Photos of all of these minor problems were taken, and the quotation was substantially less than expected.
